IVF, what are the chances?

I had a fet yesterday, the embryologist said the embryo defrosted nicely and looked very healthy, so just wondering what the chances of it implanted successfully are now that i know it defrosted well? It was frozen 5 days post egg collection. I became pregnant first go with my 4 mth old son with a fresh cycle. Also what are the first signs, as i have had no medication at all, but with my last pregnancy i was on hormones so i am not sure what the first signs of pregnancy are in a natural pregnancy and when the signs start.
