Low AS grades, High predicted grades?

i got a CDD in my AS levels, but im still predicted an ABB at A-level. What are my chances of getting accepted at all 5 uni's i applied for to study accounting and finance; Sheffield uni (ABB), northumbria(BBB), nottingham trent(BBC), sheffield hallam(BBC) and manchester metropolitan(CCC)
