Shouldn't those on the right of the political spectrum have their human rights stripped?

What you just described was a socialist plan(that's failing). That's not a conservative right wing ideology,so I don't know what the right represent in you country,but its not what they represent here in the United States. Its better to work for your benefits than rely on government as this is the problem you are having right now.
