Need help picking accounting software to be used for a subsidiary in China?

I work for a non-profit based in DC and we have a small subsidiary in China. They currently do not use any accounting software and only use excel based accounting. I was given the task of implementing new accounting software but I am not sure on the PRC regulations on accounting software. Has anyone done something similar in China, and do you recommend any chinese software to be used that can be easily consolidated with our trial balance in the states? We are currently using Peachtree based accounting software at our headquarters.
