What kind of carpet should we put in?

We want to sell our house, we are puting it on the market hopefully in two weeks. We live in condos and lots are for sell right now but we totally gutted ours and everything inside is redone. We just need to put in carpet. I was thinking of the light tan shaggy kind with specks of brown throughout. Is this nice? We need everything perfect to compete with our neighbors who are selling. Luckily we have a better location and the most sought after spot in the unit. We are also going to ask for a little less but I'm still worried because nothing is selling and I really want to sell it. Please help in this decision.
