those cars were notorious for phantom electrical problems. are you gatting spark to the spark plugs? sometimes (if equipped) the security system thinks the car is trying to be stolen, but that cuts the fuel...and you said you had fuel to the engine. there are a thousand reasons it won't run. my advice to people with cars of that vintage is...trade it off and let someone else have the headache.
