There are a lot more important reasons to buy a car than where to put the speaker. All of these are excellent cars for what they are. Since money does not seem to be an issue with you, I would suggest on of the all wheel drive models since you live in Canada. I have driven in Canada in winter with my all wheel drive Highlander and would never want to drive a 2 wheel drive if I didn't have to.
