Runescape Clue Scroll Help?

So I am a level 56 on runescape. I chopped down an evil maple tree and part of the reward was clue scroll. I never got one before and I don't have a clue how to solve it. Any help would be appreciated. The clue scroll says, "Twirl at the the crossroads north of Rimmington. Equip a green gnome hat, cream gnome top, and leather chaps."
