What happens to a person if he reads both liberal and conservative publications?

Does his head explode? Does he become less of an American? I like reading The Economist, National Review, American Spectator, Free Republic, The American Conservative, writings by the late William F. Buckley, Jr. and Russell Kirk on the Right, but I also like to read The Nation, Mother Jones, The New York Review of Books, Z, books by Noam Chomsky and Howard Zinn.....what will become of my political development if I continue on this "dangerous" path instead of exclusively tuning in to Keith Olberman, Rachel Maddow and Michael Moore or solely listening to Rush, Glenn and Sean?
