What jobs accept people with visible tattoos and stretched ear lobes?

Ok, I currently only have one tattoo and have an appt for my second, both extremely easy to cover up (leg and chest), and 0g ears which will most likely close at least to the point where they wouldn't be an issue. I really want a lot more tattoos and would love to continue stretching my ears, but because of my job in the future I do not want to do something I will regret. I am currently in school majoring in secondary education, so it is blatant that I would not be able to land a teaching job with two full sleeves, a neck tat, and 1" lobes. But if I can find a well paying job that would allow me to have these things, I would consider changing my major.
