Please help school prob?

hi iam 13 years old and our school has this new system where if you talk or misbehave when your not ment too then you get put on a incident form that then goes to your head of year ourr hed of year is soo strict and nasty i got put on the the list because i was telling my friend about my grandmar who has a brain hemmorage and is going to die and so just because of that the teacher has put my name on the form and i am going to get so done what can i do to not get to told of please i need help i didnt mean to talk out of term please help i beg u xx
