Why have the Russians never landed a man on the moon?

Thumbs up to Allan! The Apollo program was nothing but a publicity stunt. The USA did not spend all of that money and effort to go the moon, we spent it to get there FIRST. The moon is just a big, dirty rock. There is nothing there that anybody wants.
